Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must request and ship your return within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to deny any return requests or items sent after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items returned with makeup, markings, stains, scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. The item must be shipped within 7 days of the item being delivered. After this period, the label will expire and the return will no longer be accepted.
Returns that are mailed back without prior approval or outside the return window will not be accepted or refunded. Unauthorized items may be returned to the sender at their own cost or discarded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
International Orders
For any international orders that are returned to us, whether due to refusal at delivery or any other reason, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs, any return shipping fees, and any customs import charges that may apply.
Items Purchased on Sale
Items purchased during any sales are non-returnable and considered final sale. Any items marked Final Sale will not be approved for returns. We do not offer price match adjustments, returns, credits or exchanges for items that went on sale after your purchase date.
Important: If you return part of your order and your new total falls below $300(excluding exchanges), the full retail value of the free tote ($20) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return request is approved, you must ship back the items within 2 business days. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.
